Soi Cowboy is a street with a few bars and a number of go-go bars. It’s located just across the popular Terminal 21 shopping mall. The closest train stations are Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT.
Bacarra
Bacarra is right at the end of this street and is the most popular go-go bar at Soi Cowboy. You’ll need to get a drink to enter which costs about 190 THB. There’s an outdoor area where you can sit, get some air and people watch. A ladyboy bar is right opposite and you’ll see them trying to get customers.
Inside, there are 3 levels. Most of the times I’ve been there level 3 was closed. Level 1 is strictly non-smoking and the ceiling is see-through so you can see ladies dancing or just moving to music above. Smoking is allowed at level 2 and ladies on stage there go topless. You can take your drink anywhere.
Lady drinks were about 220 THB. Bar fine was 700 THB. ST is 4000 THB for 1 hour and LT 7000 THB for 4 hours. There is a minimum of 2 lady drinks for the girl before you can take her out.
It used to be such a fun place with lots of great ladies before covid. Nowadays the lineup is less than impressive. The last time I went was in February 2024. I will visit again in June. Hopefully things are better.
